Resources and recommendations
Self-help books can be wonderful companions, but they're written for everyone, and that means they're written for no one in particular. Advice that helped a stranger can feel confusing, or even discouraging, when it doesn't quite fit the shape of your own life. With that in mind, these are books I genuinely rate. I return to them myself and often recommend them to clients. Read them with curiosity rather than as a set of rules, take what resonates, and leave the rest.
